How This Fits Into Your Pricing
Pass-Through Cost
Add the token cost to your client deposit. One token covers the entire intake workflow for that project. It's standard practice in the design industry, just like fonts, stock photos, or hosting.
Time Savings
Save 2 to 4 hours per client on content collection. One workflow collects everything you need for that service. At $75 per hour, that's $150 to $300 in value. That's more than the token cost.
Real-World Examples

* Examples assume $75/hour rate and 2 hours per client
These are conservative estimates. They don't include the improved content quality that streamlines your design prep work. The time savings shown are just the beginning—you're getting much more value.
Common Questions
For your clients, the experience is familiar, conversational, and easy. Snappy Intake builds on that with full intake workflows. Templates map to the data you need for each service. You get multi-phase flows and your branding throughout. Clients don't need an account. All the data flows back to you. You see what clients have shared and can access everything anytime. We layer AI on top to create summaries, structured content you can copy into your tools, and sitemaps. Richer export options like PDF and CSV are on our roadmap. It's a clean path from client intake into your design workflow.
If your client never engages with the project (doesn't send any messages), you can revoke the token at any time and it will return to your available pool. If a client has already started sending messages, the token is consumed and cannot be revoked—this is normal project risk, just like if a client ghosts after you've created mockups.
No refunds—once you buy a token, it's yours to use. You can use it whenever you want, on any client. If a client never engages, you can revoke it and use it on a different client instead.
Tokens don't expire. However, if you assign a token to a project and the client never engages (doesn't send any messages), the token will automatically be revoked after 30 days and returned to your available pool. This prevents tokens from getting stuck in limbo.
Simply add $50 (or the per-token cost if you bought a pack) to your project deposit. For example, if your project is $750, make it $800. This is standard practice in the design industry—designers regularly pass through costs for fonts, stock photos, hosting, and other tools. Be transparent with your client about what the fee covers.
You can purchase additional tokens at any time. Buy a single token for $50, or take advantage of bulk discounts with 5-packs ($225) or 10-packs ($450). There's no limit to how many tokens you can purchase.
