Clients see clickable message options when they haven't sent anything yet—reducing friction and helping them know what to say. Designers can add custom starters per bot or use template defaults across all 22 system templates.
Expanded bot template library
23+ ready-to-use bot templates across 6 categories: Discovery, Brand & Messaging, Core Website Content, Misc Pages (FAQ, portfolio, testimonials, lead magnets, blog, press kit), SEO, and Legal & Data. Create bots from templates and use them in project phases.
Project templates & phases
Build reusable project templates with custom phases and assign bots to each phase. New client projects inherit the template so you can run the same intake flow every time.
Project assets & client uploads
